Within 30 days of original purchase: ICU Eyewear gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for a full refund.  Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt.  Your refund will be made in the form of the original payment.  If the original receipt is unavailable, ICU Eyewear will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.  ICU Eyewear can only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased on www.icueyewear.com or by calling our customer service department at 888.442.8393.
