RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 60 days of your original purchase: ICU Eyewear gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by original receipt. Your refund will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, ICU Eyewear will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. ICU Eyewear can only accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased on www.icueyewear.com or by calling our customer service department at 800.435.5747.
If you purchased an item from a retail store (not www.icueyewear.com) the item should be returned or exchanged directly with that store. Each store may have a different return policy, so please check the location where you originally purchased your glasses.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process your refund. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
All sale merchandise is on final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
