All ICU Eyewear products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear or abuse. ICU Eyewear will either repair or replace, at our option, any ICU Eyewear product which is found to be defective. In the event that the same model is not available for replacement, ICU Eyewear agrees to offer the customer the choice of the three most similar models (of equal or greater value) for the purpose of satisfying this warranty. Returning for refund or exchanging product purchased from icueyewear.com
Within 60 days of your original purchase, ICU Eyewear will gladly accept returns, for any reason, of unused merchandise purchased at www.icueyewear.com. Refunds must be accompanied by original receipt or packing slip. Your refund will be made to the card used during the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. ICU Eyewear can only accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased on www.icueyewear.com. To initiate a product return, please call our customer service department at 800.435.5747.
If you purchased an item from a retail store (not www.icueyewear.com), and you wish to return the item for a reason other than a warranty claim, the item should be returned or exchanged directly with that store. Each store may have a different return policy, so please check the location where you originally purchased your glasses.
